Hartley De Sales FC places the utmost importance on the safety of the children that play for us. We adhere to strict policy guidelines to ensure that both the children and parents can enjoy their football in a safe, collaborative and participative environment. We actively encourage parent participation in everything that we do, ensure that the children are aware of, and adhere to the 'fair play' guidelines, and have a zero tolerance policy on abusive behaviour by anyone associated with the club.

All children and parents are encouraged to sign our code of conduct which outlines the behaviour we expect from players, managers and supporters.
